the never-ending road trip

Emily did so good on our 12-day road trip!We saw Grandma
And Grandpa We went to two sessions of General Conference-
it was the first time for both of usand we had a great view of the prophet!
Emily saw the temple
Great-Grandma took us out to dinnerUncle Barney and cousin Jake think she is the cutest!Next stop, Idaho, to visit Uncle Duane, Aunt Roz, Ashley,
and the best Mongolian BBQ this side of Mongolia!Emily thinks we're going too slow and takes overRandom road surprise #1- Mt. Emily!We spent a few days with Camille, Dan,
and their adorable kids Aaron and LilyThey helped Jason find some local GeocachesEmily operating the GPS unitOn the road again...We took a last minute detour to the Redwoods
Jason is happy to find something taller than him :)And we risked our lives to get some rare close-up footage of elkThere it is- elk.Mom and Emily get creative when boredRandom road surprise #2- Paul Bunyan and his 35' ox Babe
We took one look at each other and pulled the car over
for this once-in-a-lifetime shotWe found the coast! We're not lost!Easter Sunday brought us back to San Diego
where we hung out with the cousinsAnd finally home... let's celebrate with a bath!

Oh YAH! I have been checking your blog every once in a while to check for new pictures! I love all of your pictures! Emily gets cuter (if that's possible) every time I see her!! LOVE IT! Makes me want to go on a road trip!!!! Oh yah by the way - You and Emily are so Martha with the cute little flower braids!

I LOVE road trips! Looks like you guys made it to a LOT of different places. Your little girl gets bigger and cuter with each new post. Isn't being a mom the greatest?

I LOVE THE PICTURES! You have such a great way of narrating your trip. Emily is adorable and we loved seeing you guys! Aaron still talks about geocaching. And Lili still talks about the baby. Miss you tons!
