My new favorite-favorite ride is Scream! Not so scary I can't breathe (Goliath) or have paranoid premonitions about falling to my death (DeJaVu), or painful (Viper), or short (Superman), or the only good seat is in the front (Batman)... it is a perfect combination of speed and thrills at a level that I can really enjoy and want to go again. It was great.
Mom came along to hang out with her friend Janet (Genine's mom), and help watch the kids. And of course, Jason convinced her to go on her first upside down roller coaster- The Riddler.
She made it through alive. We took video of the entire ride on my digital camera. Lots of screaming.
It's okay- I regained my hearing later in the day.
Then we all met at the Mooseburger lodge for lunch. (Those are moose antlers we're wearing).

Oh I am jealous...I want to be there!!!!!! Genine and Pat have 2 kids??? What??? Where does the time go???? What a blast from the past. I miss Genine's laugh...please tell her I asid that, and tell her Aloha from Leah (formerly bishop!!)
Do you remember a bunch of us from the branch went to Disneyland back in like 1999'????? I miss those days! We went to come back to Cali and re-create those memories!!!

Haha! I remember that trip! Lets party like it's 19-99! Thats what song popped in my head when I read Leah's comment. I also have to comment on Genine and Pat having 2 kids- crazy! And! Heidi I forgot to tell you- look beautiful! I love the one with you on the roller coaster looking to the side!
Heidi- I have visited your site a couple of times, but this is my first official comment! I love roller coasters, but I have never been to MM before. Looks like a lot of fun! I especially would like to be doing things like that again now that I'm no longer pregnant (my sister-in-law is taking her kids to Disneyland the day after Thanksgiving and I am seriously thinking about stowing away)!
I hope your family is doing well, especially your mom. I have thought about her a few times this last year, especially since your dad passed away. It looks like you are having lots of fun in the pictures, and I agree with Camille you are very beautiful. P.S. I love that you have a link to the Pride & Prejudice page...you are my Jane Austen girl!
