Emily was such a good sport when I got her ready for the Halloween carnival- she let me do her hair in a high ponytail on top of her head (a first), and didn't scream in terror when I put her costume on (like she did when I was sewing it and trying it on her for size...)
I wasn't sure if Emily would enjoy the carnival, but she really got into playing some of the games!

So our original plan was to dress up as the Flintstones... maybe next year :) I dug out one of my trusty hippie dresses I've had since high school 
Pebbles and Bam-Bam were a hit! Cheryl and I are so proud that we made their costumes, every stitch! Props to Grandma for letting us take over her sewing area and teaching us how to do bias tape interfacing!
